How do things work over here at Bear Byte?
Our field-tested process for forging long-lasting client relationships and delivering excellence every single time.
Phase 1: Discovery
We meet with you, our wonderful new client, to get to know you and the scope of your awesome business. In order to begin building a website or logo, We'll need to fully understand your business and industry, your target market, and your ultimate goal for your online presence. We'll be asking some questions like: What does your business or organization do? (What makes you so special) Who are your competitors? (That you plan on crushing) Who is your ideal customer? (Who you plan on stealing from your competitor) What kind of deodorant do you use?? (jk) We will also provide you with a complete customer packet, detailing exactly what information we need from you to get started.
Phase 2: Plan
After discovering what you're all about, we'll combine your needs with our extensive technical knowledge to come up with a design plan that best fits your needs. This means researching common keywords in your industry, devising a concise sitemap for your website, and brainstorming ideas for logo concepts, and other content.
Phase 3: Design & Develop
We then compile your distilled information and ideas through a process of brainstorming, creating, formatting, designing, editing, scuba diving, mountain climbing, lion taming, and ultimately producing a rough draft for you to look over.
Phase 4: Review
We will provide you with a link to review your new website and content at your leisure, in the comfort of your own home (over an ice-cold beer or a glass of wine if thats your thing) . Now is the time to provide your detailed feedback and communicate any changes you would like to see implemented. As soon as you are satisfied, we'll begin testing, optimizing, and preparing for launch.
Phase 5: Launch
"3...2...1... Takeoff" Your website and content are now live in cyberspace. Congratulations! Now is the time to show your spiffy new website to all of your family, your church, your dog, your neighbor and everybody in between. Grab a couple friends and a six-pack of your favorite IPA; its time to celebrate!
Phase 6: Market and Maintain
Just like owning a house, car, or rocket ship, a website requires maintenance. At BearByte, we take extreme pride in our ability to keep our websites running smoothly and keep fresh content flowing. Periodically, we'll ask you for new content, ideas, and any changes you would like to see on your site. We sincerely value your ideas and insights on new content. Don't be shy!
